I have been supporting families since 2002 and have been a certified doula since 2004, attending 80 births in both hospital and home settings. I have three children of my own and am passionate about birth and love to support women and their partners through the entire experience of childbirth.
My Doula Services

My Birth Package
Continuous support throughout pregnancy, your birth and postpartum period
My Birth Package includes 2 prenatal visits, labour and birth support as well as 2 postpartum visits. If you wish, I am happy to share with you my perspective of your birth, written in story form as a letter to your baby.
From the moment you hire me, until approximately 8 weeks postpartum, I am available for support through phone, text or e-mail. I also have a lending library of birth books and resources that you are welcome to access.
Placenta Services
Placenta prints, Encapsulation and Tinctures
I am currently taking my training through iPPA to become a placenta specialist and can offer you placenta prints, encapsulation and/or tinctures in addition to my birth doula services.
